The experience opens with a grounding herbal mineral foot bath followed by a flowing rhythmical back massage. This enhances the restorative aspect of your treatment, while increasing the functional benefits too. 

Tightness, tension, restrictions and adhesions in the back, neck and head will affect the fascia of the face. Lymph flow is restricted and adhesions in the fascia lead to the development or deepening of lines, wrinkles and a general ‘pulling downwards’ creating sagging of the skin.

Rhythmical back and shoulder massage releases tension and tightness not only within the muscles and fascia on the back, but since fascia is one continues 'sheet' throughout the body, it promotes relaxation and release within facial fascia too, while stimulating the entire lymphatic system.

Lymphatic stimulation continues with gentle rolling, pumping and wave-like movements combined with softly sweeping brush strokes to face and decollete encouraging flow, releasing blockages, and gathering and eliminating waste to decongest the skin.
