Breakfast Beans

1/3 can Haricot beans
5-6 cherry tomatoes quartered
1tbs olive oil
1/2 tsp oregano
Pinch ground turmeric
Pinch ground cumin
Black pepper
Avocado
Watercress or spinach

Heat olive oil gently add beans and quartered tomatoes, sprinkle over herbs, spices and black pepper (you can add spinach here). Place lid on pan and let simmer very gently for 3-5 mins until tomatoes are soft and ‘saucy’ and beans are warm. Chop/ smash the avocado place beans on top and add some spinach (if you haven’t already) or watercress.
