Beginners Green Smoothie

This is a great starter green smoothie – creamy and sweet.
Preparation time: 5 minutes

Serves 2
• Large handful of spinach
• 1⁄2 small avocado chopped
1 pear, chopped, cored
1/2 stick of celery
Small handful of seedles grapes
Small piece fresh ginger
2tsp mixed seeds (flax, chia, sunflower, pumpkin)
350ml coconut water or water
2tsp Hemp Protein

Simply blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
