Kimchi Tofu Bowl

Serves 2
• Block of firm tofu
• Little cornflour to dust
• 1tbsp olive oil
• 1 garlic clove crushed
• 1cm piece of fresh ginger, peeled and grated
• 1 tbsp tamari soy sauce
• 100g chopped kale
1 grated carrot
1 red/yellow pepper
• 140g basmati rice or 200g pre cooked rice or quinoa
kimchi (homemade, or shop-bought, try Biona, Vadasz, KimKong, London Fermentary) 
2 spring onions sliced.
