Oat Blueberry Cream

Packed with antioxidants and fibre.
Preparation time: 5 minutes

Serves 2
• 1 small banana
• 100g blueberries fresh or frozen
• 1 pear
• 2tbsp oats 
• large handful of spinach
• 100g soy yogurt
• 3-4 pecans or almonds
• Additional milk alternative or coconut water to blend

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
