Green Tea Chia Berry Bowl

• 450ml almond milk or coconut milk
• Drizzle of maple syrup to taste or use stevia
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tsp matcha powder
• 6 tbsp chia seeds
• 150g mixed berries to serve
• Soy yogurt or coconut yogurt to serve

Blend the milk, syrup, vanilla, matcha in a blender until smooth. Pour into a jug. Add the chia seeds and stir well. Chill overnight. Spoon into 2 bowls and top with berries and yogurt to serve.
