Chocolate Cauliflower Smoothie

Adding cauliflower to a smoothie may seem strange but it helps create a creamy texture as well as being a great way to cram in more vegetables.
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Serves 2
1/2 banana (frozen or fresh), chopped
100g cauliflower florets cooked and cooled or frozen chunks
1/2 avocado
1tsp tahini or nut butter or 3-4 pecans
300ml coconut water, coconut milk or water
1-2tbsp raw cacao powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1⁄2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 soft dried pitted dates to taste 
2tsp hemp protein

Simply blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
