Cherry Burst Smoothie

Full of anti-oxidant phytonutrients, this is deliciously creamy.
Preparation time: 5 minutes

Serves 2
• 150g Frozen pitted cherries
• 1/2 avocado
• 100g soy yogurt
• 2 Handfuls of spinach leaves
• 1 tsp flax
• 3-4 pecans
• 350ml coconut milk or other dairy free milk

Blend everything together until smooth – add more liquid according to taste.
