Minted Pea Greens

A vibrant green smoothie with a hint of mint.
Preparation time: 5 minutes

Serves 2
1 tbsp desiccated coconut (optional) 
3-4 mint leaves
• Handful / 40g frozen peas
• Handful of spinach leaves
1pear
Handful of grapes
1/2 stick celery 
200ml coconut milk
50ml apple juice or water
2tsp mixed seeds, flax, chia, sunflower, pumpkin
2tsp hemp protein

Simply blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
