Carrot, Orange and Mango Smoothie

A simple selection of ingredients – the addition of yogurt gives this a wonderful creamy texture.
Preparation time: 5 minutes

Serves 2
• 1 orange, peeled, chopped (100g)
• 200g frozen mango chunks
• Grated fresh turmeric or ginger to taste
• 2 carrots, peeled, grated or finely chopped (about 200g)
• 200g soy yogurt or coconut yogurt
Water or coconut water to thin
3-4 pecans or almonds
2 tsp Naturya Hemp Protein

Place the ingredients in a blender and add enough liquid to create a thick pourable smoothie.
